From initial contact onwards, everything went smoothly and we were lucky with the weather. Windows replaced and full roofline work carried out very efficiently. The team were friendly, helpful and considerate and cleaned up after themselves. A couple of minor snagging issues dealt with almost immediately.

Worst decision we made was to use this firm to replace a flat roof above our bathroom. In January 2025 we paid the deposit and were told the work would be completed in March The was no communication whatsoever and we had to keep reminding them that we were still waiting. No work was conducted until July and we found after this that when it rained water poured into our house as a result of their work. We found that our roof tiles had been replaced to such a poor standard that this was causing the leaks to our house. They repaired the roof but again it was of such a poor standard that leaks continued. We had to employ someone else to repair the roof and fit the tiles correctly. Communication was terrible and we were lied to most of the time. I would not recommend this firm at all, there was no customer service and their work was of an extremely poor standard.

Professional, reliable and extremely tidy workmanship. The company also communicated well with us before and after the installation of our windows and door. Overall, we're very happy and highly recommend them!

On advisement from someone already in the trade we approached Taradale Home Improvements for a quote for a replacement conservatory, which they duly did at a very competitive price. The weather could not have been any fouler on the day of installation but over two days the crew worked diligently and professionally, and we were really pleased with the finished product. I was amazed that there was no need to redecorate afterwards and the attention to detail was fantastic. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we immediately asked them to provide us with a new sliding door which was installed today. Again the team worked tirelessly and there has been minimal disruption to the area where they worked and again we are delighted with the end product. They even left the place just as clean as when they arrived. I cannot recommend their workmanship, pride and capability enough and would happily commission them again when the need arises.

Very good service from all at Tarradale. All queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. A job carried out quickly and efficiently, no mess left behind. Delighted with my new windows.
